Shipping Disclaimer
We guarantee that your order will be well packed and will leave our premises in excellent condition. However, after we hand your parcel to Australia Post, we can not and do not accept any liability for orders lost or damaged whilst in their care. The onus is on Australia Post or other carriers for any loss or damaged caused during shipping. Should such loss or damage occur please contact Australia Post Customer Service section on 13 13 18. (13 11 18 for business users) Australia Post Registered Post has some added protection and some insurance cover if the parcel is lost.
 


 

What is your return policy?


We do not offer returns or exchanges on Sale Items.
 

In the event that your order contains a faulty product when first recieved, follow these steps:
   1. Email office@deus.com.au within 24 hours of delivery of your order and advise Deus Ex Machina of the faulty product(s).
       To be successful you must Include your full name, address, product name and code ( found on invoice ) and a picture of the faulty goods.
   2. An address for returning the item will be provided to you via return email.
   3. Return the item/s within seven (7) days. Return postage cost will be the responsibility of Deus Ex Machina for FAULTY GOODS ONLY.
   4. Allow 5 days (following receipt of the damaged item - items) for your exchange to be processed.
 
In the event of you, the customer, wishing to return and exchange an item because of circumstances such as garment not fitting it will be your responsibilty to pay cost of returning the item for exchange (Shipping Costs). To do this, please follow these steps;
   1. Email office@deus.com.au within 24 hours of delivery of your order and advise Deus Ex Machina of your request.
       To be successful you must Include your full name, address, product name and product code ( found on invoice ).
   2. An address for returning the item will be provided to you via return email.
   3. Return the item/s within seven (7) days. Both Sending and Return postage cost will be the responsibility of you, the customer.
   4. Allow 5 days (following receipt of the damaged item - items) for your exchange to be processed.
 
If a return is authorised, any credit or refund that may be given will not include any postage charges paid. We have paid the original postage costs to Australia Post and that cost is not refundable. Postage must be paid by you the customer for any items returned to us. We will not accept COD Postage costs under any circumstances.
 
Do you combine shipping costs?

The Shipping cost is auto calculated on total weight, including the package weight. Shipping costs for various items will vary according to the final weight when shipped.

 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

This all depends on the type of delivery method chosen, and the distance between destinations. Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

Once your package has been sent and a tracking number has been issued DEUS does not take responsibility.

 

What shipping options are available?

Appropriate shipping can be arranged to get our products to you in the most efficient way possible. We ship both locally and internationally via Australia Post, including both Airmail, Sea, and land freight. All Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. Please note that we are unable to accept orders to P.O. Box numbers.

 

How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

Some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. Please email details of the products required for a final freight cost. Alternatively, feel free to submit your order with query and we will contact you to arrange appropriate shipping. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.

 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. International airmail orders are traceable to the point where they have left Australia. The delivery of these orders are subsequently reliant on overseas postal services. Deus Ex Machina Pty Ltd will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services.

What payment methods do you accept?

At current, we accept online credit card payments using a secure gateway and paypal - the worlds leading online payment portal.

 

What about Customs and International Duties Tax?

While Australian tax (G.S.T.) is removed from all international orders please be aware that your order may be subject to local Custom's duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.

 

Is there anything else I should know about International Ordering?
Some international orders may require additional identification before being processed. The transmission of this information to Deus Ex Machina Pty Ltd may affect estimated delivery times. Deus Ex Machina Pty Ltd reserves the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Australia.
